yes reports mentioned the noise when India defeated Pakistan was louder than when Warne took his 700th wicket. Heard from 2 miles away ...

KL Rahul really can't be the best player to have as an opener at this point in time for India??

Not when Iyer, Gill etc were all left out.

Seems like Pakistan should have never sent fake Mr Bean to Zimbabwe. They really took that personally

Something for the pop quiz fans.

Logan Van Beek who plays for the Netherlands and played in this morning's game against India has a Trinidadian grandfather. He is the grandson of Simpson Guillen, who played 5 tests for WI and also 3 tests for NZ in the 1960s. This means he is also related to Justin Guillen.

India pretty lucky they restarted.

At the rain break enough overs were batted for the match to be called by DLS and at that point Das has put Bangladesh ahead.

Pakistan all but out at this point barring some pretty mathematical difficult results
-Pakistan must win both remaining matches by as big a margin as possible
-India to lose one of their two remaining games, which will leave them on 6 points, the same as Pakistan. Then NRR will come into play.
-South Africa must lose both their remaining two matches, as one win off the two will take the Proteas to 7 points.
-Bangladesh, on 4 points, also need to lose both their remaining two games to give Pakistan a chance. A win against India will take Bangladesh to 6 points, the same as Pakistan (If Pakistan win their remaining two fixtures).
-Zimbabwe lose one of their remaining two matches

Now reading India Zimbabwe at the G tomorrow is expected to have a crowd of 90,000. Straya couldn't get any crowds close to that in their matches.

And people wonder why India has so much control of the ICC

So much for wanting a NZ - SA final..
A NZ v PAK or ENG would suffice..

I like India, but beating Australia in Australia is very difficult. The Aussies are known to come big for big tournaments.

My top 4 picks
Australia
Pakistán
India
New Zealand

I get 3 outa the 4

LOL. T-20 World Cup gave some great matches and fantastic catches.

Super 50 not bad either when WI Cricket Academy players beat Jamaica. You could see intent on those young 'uns.
