That's an improvement... it normally starts at No. 1.

3rd best figures ever for a west Indian bowler. Only Holding and Walsh have had better bowling performances in tests. Let's hope he can continue like this.

Lets hope WI selectors keep faith in him. Guyanese spinners seem to get raw deals from them.
Bishoo last seen playing Legends cricket and he is a man with a 10fer and has a better economy rate than Alzarri and almost the same average.
Permaul could only muster 9 tests across seven test series showing they couldn't even be bothered to be invested in him. Maybe if he was morbidly obese he might have gotten more games.

Yea, lets hope Motie can continue to take wickets against better team. We are playing South Africa at the end of the month. Licks coming...

I see BC is around so we'll see what impact that has in the future. I did notice a more positive batting approach in the second test from WI, Gabriel didn't look to bad with his rhythm this time around either but we'll see

In the middle of Panorama:

England mashed up NZ by 267 runs.

India mashing up Australia. Aussies lost 9/53 in 2nd innings.

India need 114 to win the test.

That Australia innings was complete ineptitude to be honest from the batters apart from Smith and Marnus, why continue to play the sweep when there are other shots that could have been used, i mean any cross shot will be risky especially against quality spinners. Test cricket needs to be competitive to survive but I guess entertainment trumps all so we'll see.

Correct. England today reminds me of the WI in their heyday. Absolutely fearless.

What a game between End and NZ, one run victory for NZ.

I remember the first one run win by WI 30 yrs ago.

I watched from where England needed 57 runs to win. Wagner and southee bowled with a lot of heart. If only all tests could be this exciting.

Meanwhile, SA 314/8. Fairly even days play, given that SA was running away with the first innings.

Even you say?
You realise this is the West Indies playing right?

Any score over 250 is a mountain for them!
I'll be shocked if they make 200 in either innings.

So WI has 2.5 days to chase down a target of 247 runs.

Surely they can't mess this up.

So I putting these here - especially dogg - because he has been spot on before.

WI - faced 3 balls before lunch and are 0/1 - Skipper Brathwaite is out for duck.

Next few hours will be reeaaalll good - either for SA or the WI.

Scoring runs on this wicket is not easy. We rolled up SA for 116.

That lost by 87 runs still ALOT better than what I and most likely alot of WI fans thought they would do before this test match.
