wasa is charging me water rate on a property that doesn't have a water connection. i spoke to a rep and she is saying because it is in an area that has the water mains already more than likely it has a connection. told her it can't be possible because i did alot of earthworks and never hit a water connection. she said i should get a licensed plumber to verify still :?

You can get wasa to locate the wasa connections but it will cost you about $1200 for their services.
I had a connection to my house that was lost before i built. I dug until I got the main line and just followed it along the front of lot and I eventually found it. All hand dug.

I can have it done, is just to locate it, draft out a potable water diagram, showing their mains to your service connection, signed by a licensed plumber.
