No, I’d need much more than that , like from a very large farmer. Thanks for the idea though, I’ll check one of them in the markets to see if they can point me in the direction.

I have a long area along a roadway to clean. I'm looking at brushcutting and then spraying.
I'm thinking of investing in the motorized spray backpack.
What is the most cost effective chemical I can use to get this done without sacrificing the strength of the chemical.
A hardware told me about *diaron granules and *Ray's liquid and it should last 3 to 4 sprays approximately

I use a mix of paraquat & glyphosate. dries up the grass fast and lasts about 12 weeks. Once you cutting the grass first, ordinary glyphosate alone will do just fine.
As regards the backpack sprayer, I see the prices of those & I say not me & that. So I made my own, & saved a whole lot of $$. for anyone that's interested, here's what you would need.
a 20 gallon plastic keg, this is the tank, you can go bigger or smaller if you want
12v high pressure pump & battery. Pum can be found on amazon for about USD $20 US, battery can be had locally for about TTD $150
some high pressure water tubing, enough to reach the bottom of the tank, and to attach to the wand so it's as long as you want. I bought 7 feet, and it cost me about TTD $100.
some speaker wire-had that lying around the house
a switch, cost about TTD$10,
some wheels. I had that lying around too, not sure what it'd cost to buy
and I reused the sprayer wand & nozzle from a can I had.

whole setup didn't cost me $500 to put together

this sun causing serious problems for my citrus

i considering using coconut half shells , open side down around the plants and to build up like a mulch (rather than buying mulch)
to kind of slow down the evaporation and keep down the grass

planning to use the green shells those coconut vendors throw away

any reason not to do that?

i know i will have to put insecticide often because of the ants/snakes etc

Get the old shells and quater them further using a chopping block and a heavy machete. Once in place, lay a thin layer of grass clippings or leaf mulch on top of that.

all that?

i was just gonna lay them down all around the plants
its really to keep down the grass and curb evaporation
