If the frame is steel, it can be brazed or silver soldered by a jeweler. If your frames are something else like titanium, you may need micro-welding. I don't know of a shop that does it in Trinidad and Tobago but you can try Gormandy's Engineering in Port of Spain. I suggest that you call them and a few others.
Measure the metal cross section at the break (I'm guessing 0.020 inches/0.5 mm) and tell them that you are repairing titanium eyeglass frames.
