looking to build a pool...anyone kno the avg price and recommend someone

there is a placer on boundary road (highway side), a lil after the rituals/church's chicken...
check dem and see....

Normal residential sytle/sized pools can run from $200k-300k.
This was the price a year ago. I would assume it should have dropped a bit.

Depends on materials used.

Or you can rent a backhoe for two hrs an dig a hole in your back yard an fill it wit water.Should cost an average of $500

i got a quote for a 25 x 15 complete with punp room and all hardware for 150k.

is pool gonna be fully steel reinforced ?
what kind of coating they using ?
what power pump and filtration ?
there are plenty places to skimp on a pool and
pray it don't leak either or have plumbing problems then you have a real headache
