I think the 150 was upgraded to this 200 a few weeks ago but the upload still remains poor compared to digicel

lol
i had reach my limit with them and then they give me a bundle with the 150mb internet, tv and telelphone for $340 and they fixed all the issues i was having. it was a headache but now i saving $$$ compared to if i had switch to digi. no contract is also a plus.

Sometimes they push updates to the router, so yea.
Reboot first.
If you're running any third party DNS, try reverting to the flow default for a bit - sometimes these providers have issues.

Had a location where we had their legacy 30Mb internet connection but they called and said they absolutely have to stop it now for $30 extra to faster speeds . I don’t know why they have to force people to ‘ faster ‘ speeds when it would serve no purpose to their needs . $169 was the old price

Looks like FLOW finally upgraded the uplink on the Ultra Package. It went from 15 mbps to 25 mbps. Consistently experiencing packet loss between 2-5% though but they'll probably sort that out soon.

Hmm bro... That is too big of a jump to not have a price increase. I'd confirm with them just in case.
