Yea it's 3.5%.

The bill generated today and from it I can see they increased the cable package and internet package each at 3.5% but left the costs of the extra cable boxes the same. This is why I got the 2.8% previously.

Flow has gone on a campaign about significant back end improvements to turn around service. Anyone seen improvements and/or know what has been overhauled?

I use the android app to pay. My access to the online payment platform stopped in Feb last year. Since then I was using my FCB online banking to pay.

However recently I realized I can pay with CC on the phone app. I typically don't overdo it on downloading apps so I never had the Flow App till I needed access to a copy of a bill for banking purposes recently.

Flow is advertising "Wall to Wall Connectivity" does that mean they are using mesh nodes now? That means the Arris modem/router has to upgrade again to a mesh model like the Surfboard Max?

I just bought an eero mesh!

I think they're referring to their "wifi extenders" which they've had since last year https://discoverflow.co/trinidad/smart-wifi-service

I have a Netgear Orbi Wifi 6 mesh system and I get 500mbs in every room. I don't think extenders perform as well as a true mesh.

I think those extenders that FLOW has work like mesh systems as they communicate with the main router just like mesh routers do. You also need the FLOW WiFi app to integrate it into the network.

What brand and model are the Flow extenders? And $30/month rental fee for one?! After 1 year a customer can afford their own.

Extenders drop and reconnect devices within a radius, half duplex and usually also have differently named SSIDs; Mesh is one seamless network, all one SSID for all bandwidths, different networking protocols for WiFi steering, that doesn't drop and reconnect like an extender. Mesh is superior. Extender is not mesh.

Anyone upgraded to hub tv had issues with the TG2482 coming back online after a reset . i did the upgrade today. Everything went well . except the internet speed was the same. My mistake was to reset the modem . after that it won't connect to the internet. Flow tech was at a loss as to what happened. He called IT , they sad they are working on it 5 hours now. Hopefully it would be back online by tomorrow... It would reach the online light and reboot. Like its not provisioned.

They should just give you a new modem and activate it, and let them clueless phone donkey figure it out on their own time.

hello thank you for posting.

how does ZeeTV look on hub box.

does it get pixelated during dance scenes/fast motion (low-bitrate)? is it better than the regular cable box?

what about Star Plus (indian soap channel). is it in HD

thanks in advance brethren

I'll have to check that when they fix the internet issues as the new box works via the wi fi . so no internet means no tv. Its digicel and Amplia now IPTV.

I did the same forking thing - upgraded to the linkup package around 7pm this evening and having the same mc issue
The modem is being rejected from the system for an "unknown" reason
One CSR said this is the 3rd call they're getting about that and he "collecting data" - the other 2 were clueless dunces, wondering why they can't get into the modem....even after reading to them what the modem log was saying
