Jus want a fair idea, does anyone use this service, and how does it perform and what is the advantaged and disadvantages??? thanks......

I have the basic 1MB package and it works ok...can watch online tv and streaming movies .... but as with everything else with TSTT it depends on what time of the day and how many users are online.

Only had to call tech support once in the last year....but in that case whole area was down.
