why 21 years always seem to be the age that one should have their permit?
big hard back men do sheit on the roads, and then watch yuh like.....WHAT yuh go do.
at 21 the average person will still not be mature enough to make proper decisions.

A 17 year old drunk driving? Jail..and 3 years no permit, full stop.
These magistrates being jokers with the law now. Things such as shoulder driving, breaking red lights etc should be instant 3 year suspension, and a night in jail.

A 17 year old drunk driving? Jail..and 3 years no permit, full stop.

also i think the BAC limit for anyone 21 & under or with a DP less than 4 yrs should be half that of older/experienced drivers- in the US i believe its .05 for persons under 21 & .08 for above 21
