incredible watch face for garmin compatible watches.

You'd have to open an account with https://openweathermap.org/ for an API that can push the weather data to the device - free

this coupled with accurate time to the second - synced with GPS clocks or Mobile provider to minimize clock drift is pretty much all you might need in a watch.
