Ive been following this story closely and its good to see that some common ground has been found between the various stakeholders. Well done, another example of brilliant leadership.

Hmm that's why UWI lecturer's i.e friends of the COP and UNC get settled nice nice...saying is 5% but in reality every single perk and allowance went up together with a 5% "special allowance" and the other unions who protesting over a year now eh settle ent?

The lowest grade of UWI lecturers essentially experienced a $3000 pay rise when all allowances factored in....please keep in mind most of these "academics" have only a Bachelors and work in IT or Admin and not actually "lecture"

Is them time now!!! :)
