Hi Southside,

I have Green Dot internet myself but mine comes directly from the dish located on my roof.
I am not so sure about the wireless connection that you have.
My best advice for you would be to call the help desk at Green Dot and ask to speak to an IT technician, something that I regularly do when my signal strength drops.
Let him know that you are losing bandwidth as a result of others picking up on the signals reaching your network modem.
They would be in a better position to advise you accordingly.

Regards,

Greendot has, like any other provider a CABLE going from the DISH to YOUR pc ALONE, the WIRELESS part is from their DISH to their TOWER, if you have WIRELESS more than likely you have a ROUTER, this isnt GREENDOT's issue but it your OWN, put a password on your router...
