saving fresh salad for dinner. Got some nice hydroponic red oak and green butter lettuce in couva market for 10 a head.

Some curry chicken with peas and dhal poorie

A shrimp "po'boy" with some of yesterday's d'cabin fried shrimp and a hotdog bread

Why allya don't make your own Bake and Shark? Shark rel cheap these days, bought shark this morning for $12 a pound.

Some kuchela and bird pepper to round that out!

I cook rice, red beans and curry chicken.
Kept salad for dinner. That red oak lettuce is an amazing base. Added bell peppers, tomato, red onion, shaved parm and a couple slices of cracked wheat bread toasted in light olive oil then chopped as croutons

Yea it looks different

Regular cascadoo is probably $100 for 8 and Venezuelan is $100 for 15

It does be OK
A lot bigger than what you would get here, and less "muddy" tasting.

in south america there are many types of armored catfish some a good few feet long
surprising they never bring that to sell here too

I am sure this is what masters duck farm selling for 5lb for $100. He have so much spanish wukin dey. His fish have ok prices but still on high side. His chicken taste like it is killed an dipped in chicken sheit an marinated compared to the clean tase of arawak chicken. I buy the cascadoo there but aint cook it yet. I didnt know it was from venez tho.
