I cook rice, red beans and curry chicken.
Kept salad for dinner. That red oak lettuce is an amazing base. Added bell peppers, tomato, red onion, shaved parm and a couple slices of cracked wheat bread toasted in light olive oil then chopped as croutons

It does be OK
A lot bigger than what you would get here, and less "muddy" tasting.
