That vene cheese is a homemade thing that probably not sanitary at all.

But the cascadoo is just a different breed that native to vene and in abundance.
It selling all over locally.

the cheese is consumed by local venes
so they must be ok with it being brought over in pigtail buckets

it is a must to eat with arepa which they eat morning noon and night

they can’t do without it just like we can’t do without ketchup and garlic sauce

The locally manufactured one should be fine.

It's the ones taht being transported in pigtail bucket may be questionable.

It's basically cottage cheese/paneer, no? Not aged, but needs some spice or treatment to bring out flavour. Should be low fat/low cholesterol and high protein if I understand the process well

Its not just the lamb gyro meat alone eh.

It's a jumbo hot dog sausage in the Linda's bread with onion lettuce tomatoes , with the lamb gyro meat ontop with parmessn cheese plus whatever dressing.

Yeah it's frozen (cones) they will slice it to your request, so they'll run a block through the saw in slices
