sounding good I am a bit rusty but some rules may be applied as follows

1. No Pork

2. All meats to be seasoned off site (well depending on the time allotted)

3. Categories may be traditional BBQ and Spicy BBQ

4. Coals and or Wood to be used

5. Insert alloted cooking time and define cooked

if yuh was around for version one limes at this location you know it ends up in the road

there is a gas grill and a coal pit available

or you can walk with your own grill

its really a comparison on different grill masters recipes and techniques

judging panel can be arranged from existing food critiques on the forum as well as moderators looking to make this a yearly event on tuner
