500TT School Grant for Children in 2-Aug FLOOD

Postby Tisha » August 20th, 2010, 8:07 am

does anyone knows about the procedures going about getting this?

Apparently the Prime Minister said that she'll give every child that was affected by the flood the $500.00 school grant along with the replacement of their books, but no one seems to know about this statement...............and school is about to re-open

well right, doesn't that mean every child whose house did flood out? so what if a house with a school child had flood out but he/she didn't lose anything (school books or school supplies in general) to this flood? that child still getting $500.00? for what?
