so while playing games etc,i suddenly lose power,checks power plug,and everything seems plugged in tight.anyone else every had this issue ? should i purchase another power chord for my ps3 and try it ?

check ur power cord for a short....ps3 do require alot of cooling, or else it goes mad...but check the cord first..

if u have been running it for a long period of time and it sits atop other heat dissipating equipment, you may send it into an overheat shutdown.

i've never had this problem. but if u continue to have it, u can buy the ps3 intercooler on amazon. it costs US$20.
