i need to know if i put a rb20det in a charmant can the engine bay have enough space for me too put a bigger turbo like a t3/t4 or a gt30r

if you putting a rb20det in that you would have to cut the firewall for the engine to fit, but there is enough space for a t70 turbo to fit.

rb's and charmants are a normal combo. the fire wall doesnt have to be cut, but every thing in front of the engine is shifted forward with a little modz.
i dont like it because most of the weight is on the front wheels, so there is a great misbalance.
i say go 4 cylinder and minimize cutting, u get good weight distribution, with less weight,,, install would look cleaner.
think about the suspension/brake upgrade along with the engine...
we swapped out the suspension in the blue bird with cedric (front and rear larger discs) for the rb 25
