Air Condition HELP

Hey can any one give some advice here.my van was converted to diesel..it has a RF engine..my air condition works fine while driving..but if i stop or in traffic all i seem to get is Hott air.I checked the gas..and it has a fan on the condenser. any advise on what might be the problem will be appreciated..

Compressor not working properly at idle speed. I had that same problem in my car.
Time for a new compressor

yeah I have that same problem except I get a heavy idle when the car stop

ac fan works goood...i checked again today...

could be the idle up valve needs servicing.

hmmm..is there any way to check it without buying a fan..if the car is parked and i trow some water on the condensor it seems to work......

you need a new fan , at high speeds the air blowing on the condenser is enough but at lower speeds the condenser cannot get rid of the heat fass enough........

Well i changed the fan today and it seems to be working now...thanks for the advice fellas....
