Postby BlueIce » February 4th, 2010, 1:34 pm

Folks i need some help.

I am putting a case forward to CPO to adjust the salary range of a Network Support Engineer at a ministry.
Can anyone with a similar title please forward me their list of duties and salary range so i can present a solid case towards CPO so that the NSE's at my ministry can be paid within their fair range.

The help is greatly appreciated.
Ice.

not a technician job...this title relates to more WAN and strickly backend services, somewhat of what a NOC (network operation center) would perform.
Salary range offered is between 12-14K ....but thats the interim...we want to solidfy the case so CPO doesnt come months after and cut it down to 11

unfortunately true. but it is the way the titles and duties are bundled.
Imagine having an "Enterprise Engineer" visit a site, to test (not replace eh) ram from a server that was already labeled as bad, by on-site support. :?
WUT??
He'll be back in approx 15 working days to replace. :|
