need help, protection from 2nr Ru$$ell

anyone knows this 2nr? he is making stuff up and sending me pm's that is beginning to concern me

he has stalker tendancies and looks to be psychotic, any help on how to deal with such a situation? here is an example of one of the pm's, sheit weirded me out, i locked up one time:
