This sheit real serious. Somebody i know got caught last night for excessive drinking.. All yuh think is jes alcohol abuse yuh getting charged for, they charging yuh one time for dangerous driving and endangering the public. Not only that when he was put in holding cell, he had to pay a jp then he has a courtcase on monday and has to pay for representation. All this will amount close to 14-15000 not 8000. Jes some food for thought ppl. I think he's the first to get caught and legallly charged

If the man drunk chances are

1.) He is driving dangerously as alcohol impairs your ability to do most things
2.)If he driving a 2 tonn piece of metal while drunk, he is endangering the public.

is better for him to pay the 15K than to go to jail for manslaughter...Popos save him there.

I dont understant where the confusion is where if you drink, you shoulkd not drive.

Didn't appear to be a sympathy post. He was just warning us that it's a lot more complicated than we think and that it's really happening.

The standard police bribe is $5,000 now, they not accepting less than that.

I was really waiting on a thread like this. Hope the newspapers highlight what can happen as well, maybe people would start to think twice about drinking and driving.

he was caught by a road block by maritime early this morning...he was actuallly so drunk he didnt know where he was headed and stumbled into a road block..lol.
