wtk what programme to use

tuners a lil help will be appreciated.......i want to edit a picture to possibly create a stencil, what programme can i use just to get the outline of the image to use as a stencil??????????? thanks ppl..........jah bless.............

i believe you can create silhouettes in photo shop :|

Gimp is not for the faint hearted, lol.
Adobe Photoshop is built so that Graphic Dummies like myself can get started in under 30 mins.

GIMP (imho) is for expert use only.
