apparently bandits run in the place and demanded cash

No such luck.

I heard they did not get any money because they got the date wrong on the withdrawal slip

I heard they got the loot and made it a few miles down the street. Got slowed down in a breathalyzer road block but still get away because they wasn't there to stop bandits.

I went to use the ABM around 11:30 and noticed alot of people outside. The bank itself seemed to be closed... I didn't ask what was going on

yeah I was there after lunchtime...

apparently a businessman got robbed of $50K in cash... in the parking lot.

as soon as he came out of his car, gunmen pounced on him and snatched the bag of cash and escaped in a waiting vehicle.

gotta be an inside job for sure.
