Her blood look like it hot...I doubt she would have "settled down". She was clearly provoking the man even though he politely asked her to get the f*** out his car.

He have real self control or maybe he just knows from previous incidents that if he hit her he might get clear way. He is clearly the victim and she is the abuser.
