what kind of problems you getting???from where you bought it???

For any warranty issues you have to call HP Caribbean directly and they will assign a Service ticket to one of their authorized service centers. 2 Major Authorized Service centers are Illuminat or Digi Data.

let me know that HP Laptop Model # and the problem, I might be able to help you.

PRW is only authorized distributor/sales center. not a service center.

Microtron Services Ltd. is an authorized HP Service Provider, but you should call 1-800-711-2884 and have the problem troubleshooted. If it's still under warranty they will sort it out. Hopefully it's a model that they provide support for in Latin America & Caribbean Region.
