Recruitment Agency?

So i was searching online and found a list of recruitment agencies. i have no idea of their reputations, can someone recommend one in the north west area? some more questions , can i join more than one? and do you have to pay to join, or do they get paid by the hiring company?

yes you can register with more than one and that would increase your options.

as far as I know.. I had to pay a small amount to register with regency ( can't remember how much) and you're with them whenever you need then and there is no renewal..
ever so often you can update your info in their files and whenever you're looking for a job just call them..

they've put me in some of the best companies in the country... & they try to give u the salay u want to work for... used them for years.
go into their office in office attire, with your CV, original diplomas & coppies of everything & they'll register u.. it takes 2-3 weeks to get a job with them.

Real good place, got a job in a month time.I think is $50 to reg.(dah was 2yrs ago eh) but accordin to wahMrs Peanut Punch, say, dey wazin happy with de jeans an flip flops ah bounce in with. The man tell meh ah loss ten points yesss!!! :lol:

Eve Anderson Associates always found me jobs in walking distnce from my home ... & it's free to register xtr_12, .... companies pay them for you.. TURBOT, they have lots of office/IT jobs waiting there. What field/industry u're looking at?

Regency is a slave ass employment agency.. your forever working on Contract.. you could never be hired permanently while under regency.

I'm currently with regency......waste of time...no over time pay late pay and does not see about their clients.....i recommend Eastman....they pay early and overtime and better work contract....

For the record the agencys' responsibility is to fill a need for the employer. If the employer wants permanent employees they will do their own final phase hiring. Don't blame the agencies for shiddy pay, over time, part time employment, etc........ That blame falls with the employer.

This is not true. I knew of a girl that worked for Regency on contract with a bank, the bank liked her work and hired her after a year. Its how to apply yourself with client.

I signed up with them last October. Very professional. Got a call within 3 weeks with a possible job. Had 3 more since.
Right now weighing a possible job switch because of them.
