Yes, but without a female officer present and in the presence of video evidence, I'm sure she bankrolled on the State's arse for that episode. (If she had a good lawyer).

The other incident involved Car Search and started in d'abadie but still ended up in my backyard with the police killing another bandit..

UWI students robbed; suspect killed by police

IN less than 24 hours a second gun battle between law enforcement officers and suspected bandits occurred along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway in St Augustine.
Reports are 24-year-old Jubarry Trotman, of Petit Valley, was shot dead by police officers responding to a robbery report made by three students of the University of the West Indies (UWI).
The students told police they were robbed of cash, jewelry and computers from their Evans Street apartment, police reports said.
Officers responding to this report saw one of the robbery suspects in a silver coloured Nissan Almera motorcar driving along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway.
And when officers attempted to intercept the vehicle near the Valsayn intersection one of the men inside the car is said to have opened fire on them.
Officers returned fire and Trotman, a passenger in the car, was killed while the car's 22-year-old driver from Snake Valley, in Laventille was detained.
The driver, who is currently detained in the St Joseph Police Station, is said to be assisting officers in their investigations.
A firearm was also retrieved.
However, the car's third occupant was able to escape capture by running away.
This fatal shooting comes on the heels of a daylight shootout between a suspected car thief and Car Search officers on Saturday near the UWI intersection, of the Churchill Roosevelt Highway.
Following that incident Estate constable Roger Plaza was shot in his right leg and a 28-year-old suspected bandit sustained gun shot wounds to his back and legs.
Investigations are continuing into both incidents.
