Things should be back to normal.....Four Road Tank Wagons allready left with JetA1 for Piarco.

normal ting wit petrotrin, been makin diesel wit high sulphur and sheit content....jet fuel mus be a new ting dey tryin to infect now

crew change this morning in piarco heliport, sulphur in fuel, Bristow say no mor flights and i get to stay home.

Petrotrin has a Lab Dep't that does this :?
Samples are collected on a daily basis and sent for analysis :?

SRU (Sulphur Recovery Unit) down :arrow: World GTL workers "gassed off" because SRU Flare emissions are in direct path of the plant :arrow: High Sulphur level in Jet Fuel :idea:

anybody ever drive a diesel pickup from the port fresh off the boat with japan diesel fuel and compare the diff vs the local brown diesel ?

flights cancled today and i stranded offshore word is flights cancled till friday :x :x

Was going up Arima this evening, saw a police officer in a motorbike escorting two tankers to the airport.

Had A1 printed behind them.

They conducting remedial work all now....by 6 am things should be back to normal.

Enill: Fire dirties jet fuel

ENERGY Minister Conrad Enill yesterday said that a fire last weekend at Petrotrin facilities may have caused its jet fuel supplies to be contaminated and thus unsuitable for aircraft which caused several international flights and the local airbridge to be delayed for hours on Tuesday at Piarco International Airport.

Enill yesterday told Newsday that the high-sulphur content in the jet fuel was due to one of the tanks at Petrotrin becoming contaminated following the fire over the weekend. “Petrotrin officials are looking into it. This is not normal. There was a fire over the weekend,â€

just use Amsoil 10W-40 with Zinc

the little extra added Zinc prevents deposits from forming and sticking to vital engine parts :wink: :lol:

agreed.. so b/c my dash 8 start pinking we now have a problem.. u should hear the rb or the evo on bad gas HA.. stupid.. yuh know what.. n/m it not worth it
