copper_shot, black net loom is know as TechFlex. Most of the sound Q competitors on the ICE forum use it, and bring it down from partsexpress. I don't know if its available locally.

about 8"-12" of the finest one you have (like telephone wire fine) and about 6" of a size suitable to hold 4 of them fine wires in a loom.

Basically I had cut the wires on my rally helmet intercom to use another jack... but now that I have the correct adaptor I'm gonna put back on the OEM connection so that it looks factory rather than held together with electrical tape
