as for Manning raising the price of gas to fund the summits... I call BS on that one...
look at some of the gas prices around the world... T&T is among the cheapest... yes that's before the hike.. but even after it won't compare to what some countries pay.

the fact is that globally the price of fuel is on the rise... (not day to day... but annually).... we've been paying $3 per liter for the longest while... and the government has assisted us the rest of the way. It was bound to happen eventually... just be glad that the prices weren't for all fuels.
