For the mastercard withdrawal option you may need a paypal account specialist to transfer the funds as their system does not all it by default...I have a mastercard on my account and it does not appear as an accepted withdrawal method.
Yes your personal paypal account will receive payments just fine. However this is where you need the VISA card. To receive funds to your paypal account you need to first setup your paypal account to receive funds. And you do this by using a "VISA card". There will be a link in the account main page which says "setup your account". Click that then enter the VISA card information as they requested. They will congratulate you as your account will be ready to receive funds.
So you may really need to get that vtm from rbl to starting receiving funds via paypal.

Withdrawals can be received on VISA credit cards? Or is it only for VISA debit cards?
mero wrote:It's pending, you can't see it because it's not posted to your account. Email the bank with the cancellation email as well as the confirmation email you got when you made the order. They'll release it for you without a problem.

AFAIK all payments to Amazon will go into the "Authorized and Not Posted transactions" when the order is placed until the item ships which is where Amazon takes the funds from the card. dbu*KRONIK* wrote:^^^

i ordered something from amazon for a buddy and cancelled a few hours after when i realized i ordered the wrong item.
Amazon had already sent the request to the credit/debit card for the sum of money.
the money is in the "current balance" but no longer "available"
under the "Authorized and Not Posted transactions" the money is shown as being held there....
how do i get it back to the "available balance" area??
**I hope i explained this properly**
