You'd have to be crazy to think these chicks are older than 16.

^IOC did :|
would be them to blame for not dealing with the issue before the games started.
and it will sure as hell annoy well over a billion people to see the gold medals taken back if the Chinese were found to be in breech of the regulations.

That's BS...there's only such an uproar cause the US got their asses handed to them and they rely have little hope of any individual medal anyway...
The gov't has stated that they are over 16 and the IOC and Gymnastic Fed both acknowledged it as true...it was never a real complaint before until they won...so again its simple bs and politricks again....
4 yrs ago when the jap guy was supposed to get the gold instead of paul hamm, they didnt make a big deal about it, but now of course that its the other way around its suddenly plastered everywhere...

good point about the yanks.
well if the gov't and then the IOC and Gymnastics federation have all said they are 16 it should be the end of the matter..why is the US media making this an issue :?

just read the comments on the artice
http://myespn.go.com/s/conversations/show/story/3534544

that is why I hoping China top the medal's table.

The phelps diet.

Breakfast: Three fried-egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise. Two cups of coffee. One five-egg omelet. One bowl of grits. Three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar. Three chocolate-chip pancakes.

Lunch: One pound of enriched pasta. Two large ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo on white bread. Energy drinks packing 1,000 calories.

Dinner: One pound of pasta. An entire pizza. More energy drinks

Jah, that man cud eat....

BTW: Work sux, chineeman that win the gymnastics know he only win because Paul hamm wasn't there :(

Despite the hypocrisy of the Americans, the Chinese women gymnasts do look under-aged so the queries are valid.

brother man you see his routines? neither hamm brother could touch that...fack his vault alone would wipe out the difference from all the other events combined...
he's just patronising hamm because of the injury...case in point he washed the field of the guy who legitimately beat hamm in athens...tae ying or waeva...who lost the gold cuz they made an "error" on his difficulty

btw carite needs his calories...and sleep

Based on performances thus far it looks like:

1. Bolt
2. Powell
3. Thompson

for the medals. It's slated for 10:30 this morning.

Someone pointed out though that in the recent history of the Olympics, the favourite has never won the final. We'll see.
