You don't need an Apple ID to purchase a new or used Mac.
However you will need an AppleID to use it properly.
Your apple ID will allow you to log into the machine and access many features of the macOS operating system including iCloud.
You can use your regular email address to sign up for an Apple ID.
if you are buying a used Mac be sure the seller removes their Apple ID account and factory resets the machine as you will not be able to use the computer if you cannot log in to their account.

And hopefully it’s not stolen

So a apple ID is easy to do?

Yes very easy and you can use your gmail, yahoo or hotmail etc email address to do it or you can create a free icloud email, but it's best to use your primary email address.

You can buy factory refurbished phones directly from Apple with warranty and can be confident of your purchase.

That was disappointing. 2022 probably. iPhone, iPad & iMac now. Apple Watch eventually.

Seems the Apple Watch Series 7 was supposed to be square as leaked but there were production issues and so they reverted to the old design last minute - maybe, probably:
