I bought my iPhone a year ago and the health is already 85% which has lead to shorter battery life. You can also see what's draining battery in settings.
Next time I'm in the US I'm gonna just replace the battery at the Apple store.
Had this same idea with my 12 Pro Max which was 14 months old and had battery health at 86%. The battery health was going down 1% every 2 weeks at this point, so decided to change it while at an Apple store in the US.
Apple genius tried hard to convince me that nothing was wrong with the battery, but I knew that it wasn’t giving me the same battery life as it did in the first year of ownership.
Told them I’d pay the $69 + tax to do the battery service on it.
They told me it would take 1 hour since it takes a while for the adhesive to dry when they change the battery.
Came back in 2 hours and the phone still wasn’t ready. Apparently the first battery they changed it to was DOA, installed the second and their last battery in stock and the phone didn’t turn back on.
They ended up giving me a new replacement 12 Pro Max and a free Apple Leather case and a Belkin tempered glass screen protector for the trouble.
Long story short make sure your phone is backed up with iCloud in case this happens to you too.
Wow thanks . Feel I have to message then from now and start a thread with them so hopefully later in the year when I go I can change it
Hardware Subscription Service for iPhone and Other Apple Hardware
Apple is planning a new hardware subscription service to explore additional revenue streams. The new service will allow customers to avail themselves of new iPhones by paying a monthly fee.
The report described the new service as Apple’s “biggest push yet into automatically recurring sales.” It will allow customers to subscribe to hardware instead of just digital services. This would mark the first time that Apple customers can get a new iPhone without paying an amount outright or getting a new service or finance plan.
Details about the new service are still not clear. The report said it is still under development and Apple might announce it later this year or in 2023.

What's your workflow on it usually?
The current M1 will most definitely handle most tasks well - hell my original 2016 12.9" iPad Pro still bolts through most tasks including Adobe Lightroom and video editing in iMovie.

She's getting into digital art and is doing some pretty cool drawing on her phone and the slow kindle so thinking about an upgrade for her birthday.
The iPad certainly fits the bill. With their transition to the M chip, does it even make sense going with the older A-13 iPad that is still available in the apple store?
The Air is nice, but pricey. She'll have to take care of that good. :/

It serves its purpose well. You get a ping if the tag is not in your vicinity. You can make it chime remotely or put it in lost mode if needed. It’s powered by a normal button battery which lasts about a year or so. The only caveat is if you’re using it for keys you’ll need to get a key tag to hook it onto your existing keys. I have both for keys and wallet, the wallet is made with an AirTag insert
