Anyone missing a Civic? *Civic Vandalized*

Blue civic with a black bonnette and white rims. No window tints and decals on the back glass and front bumper. Has been parked on the SMR since Yesterday morning (4 AM) The police were called in yesterday, they investigated the car and said no stolen car reports were recieved, but an entry in the diary was made.
