Caroni has burst its banks at Greenvale La Horquetta but the elevated levee is keeping the water from flooding the residents so far.

Won't be something new. People have been lamenting blues about river levées breaking since the devastating Great Mississippi Flood of 1927.

yeah last time in 2018 was overnight

just last month flooding occurred at night in South Valsayn, Trantril and Madras at night also
similar situation where Caroni had burst its banks from rain during the previous days
