Well if it's the video I've seen circulating today, it was recorded from the future because the date on it says 08-04-23.

Facebook's algorithm will often display year old videos because the date is "close". Then people will re-share them as brand new.

Maybe the original editor typed 23 instead of 22 or is a time traveler.

of course any early warning system depends on distance from the epicenter -in this case it seem to be on land or very close so both sets of waves would have reached almost at the same time.

There have been more significant earthquakes in and near the Caribbean over the last couple weeks. A moderate earthquake struck near Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, and Venezuela on Friday. Yesterday, 3 earthquakes were registered just to the northeast of the Caribbean, with shaking felt in the Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, and several other locations too.

A 5.4 earthquake just hit Jamaica on land at a fairly shallow depth of 10km on the north east coast near Hope Bay
