The evidence for all the above....juliens,Jones etc has to be built in terms of connecting them to the money....just like whatever cases that are going on against the UNC crew....

Hackshaws case, however will be proved or disproved based on information already in hand.....his bank activity,approvals,BIR etc etc etc are all recorded somewhere, in TnT.
Yet here we are still figuring out how and who will conduct, if he will be available....etc etc etc...
It seems clear that all this is about burning time.....it is asinine that this matter is still being figured out.

If an agency had the authority to access the info....all the info would take a few weeks max to accumulate.

The length of time taken to bring these cases....is the main hurdle....that’s a rules,regulations and law thing.

No. The ranks of dcp (3) and cop is no longer based on seniority. They don't even need to be career officers. Those ranks are now appointed and contracted positions.

You feel its only them 2....Factually Senior officers are getting paid as Security Consultants -and then using their access to TTPS resources to service their clientele.

So patrols at specific location-quick TTPS response, static patrols....all TTPS,background and other types of investigations, money collection ...ALL being done with the 'weight' of TTPS but officers collecting money privately.
