If sony global network cant handle at least 50 mill hits in 24 hrs then they never planned on being a force in online gaming in the first damn place.

yeah I giving sony ah Week. By then everything should be returned to normal. Atleast now we know everything up and running.

On another note. As a PC gamer I must say that console graphics kinda suck. I playing resistance 2 and while its a good game the graphics really do suck when compared to FPS on the PC. Luckily the game is quite nice.

Looking at pics of call of duty and bad company 2 I must say PC kills these consoles. The difference is night and day. Except for the exclusives like Uncharted and Metal Gear and God of War 3, GT5 etc those I think can rival some of the best gaming rigs.

Therefore I have concluded I will not be switching to Console gaming permanently. The purpose of my PS3 will now be for exclusives only. Once I could get same game on PC I go buy it on steam.

Now onto the question if there is a definitive answer to the question of which console is the best.
Ignoring hardware power and looks where the PS3 wins. I must say what truly shocked me was a certain exclusive.

Motorstorm. I personally have given up on car racing a long time now. Never touched a car racing game since Left 4 dead was released. Gameplay was always the same crap, graphics same crap but just updated.

Motorstorm on the other hand is the most impressive Car Racing I ever seen. Just look at those effects with all the broken concrete and stuff flying onto the road. This game uses the full power of the PS3. Thus far the only game I want badly thats on 360 is Alan Wake.

There was a time when you could say PS3 has no games. Now its different its the other way around. PS3 has all the games. After seeing motorstorm I am very happy I made the right decision in buying a PS3. I was going to sell my PS3 just last week I even made a post on tuner. However after seeing this game I do not think I can allow myself to sell this.

Sony Reveals its "Welcome Back" Content

The PlayStation Network is back, but the PlayStation Store isn't. And while we don't yet have a firm date as to when we can expect the Store's return, we do have some good news about what you can expect when the Store does come back.

Initially leaked via the European PlayStation Blog's RSS feed, and later confirmed by the American PlayStation Blog, Sony's "Welcome Back" program is set to be quite generous. When the PlayStation Store finally comes back to the PlayStation Network, here's what existing members (as of April 20th) can acquire. For full details, be sure to visit the Blog.

Gamers can select two of the five following PlayStation 3 games:

Dead Nation
Infamous
LittleBigPlanet
Super Stardust HD
WipeOut HD + Fury

Those with PSPs can also cop two of four following PSP games:

LittleBigPlanet PSP
ModNation Racers PSP
Pursuit Force
Killzone Liberation

Additionally, the PlayStation faithful can look forward to the following:

"A selection of 'On Us' rental movie titles" for use on a single weekend. The weekend in question and the titles available have yet to be determined.
Non-PlayStation Plus subscribers get 30 free days of PlayStation Plus.
Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers get 60 free days of PlayStation Plus.
Keep in mind that, according to the original European RSS post, European gamers are going to get Ratchet & Clank: Quest For Booty in lieu of Super Stardust HD.
