:| You feel I talking out my ass like what you and the PPG politcians are always doing?

You feel I obligated like you to regurgitate what Ranjana gives you to ignorantly post without even knowing anything about what you put up for everyone to see? The payment certificates are there for everyone to see. The politically appointed contracts manager's lack of qualifications for that post is there for everyone to see.

Anyway, HDC terminated BK Hardware Limited's contract from a housing development in Malabar Arima for lack of performance and poor quality. Now BK Hardware Limited being awarded another contract under the PPG? What's up with that RM?

I thought that when I voted for the PPG in 2010 I voted for change. However, it seems that the general public is getting the worst end of the stick under the PPG than under the PNM.

Great is the PPG! Forever we shall prevail.

This thread needs bumping. Can't let it get lost in the mass of foolish threads so close to elections.

Not seeing your attachment in your quote and I am not going to waste time looking for it in your previous posts (too much fluff to sort through).

Is this the same procurement legislation that will allow the BK Hardware Limiteds and Kall Company Limiteds to continue to get government contracts even though they don't perform and the quality of their work is horrendous?

Why is it ministers have private meetings with contractors at their homes and private drives with contractors around the country without having their permanent secretaries present?

It is the permanent secretaries who are accountable when the shit hits the fan, not the ministers.

UML, you have posted absolutely NO EVIDENCE of all your accusations against the PNM. You just regurgitate what your handlers give you to post with no bonafide links to the sources of your information. You of all people should be the last one to come and talk about spreading propaganda.

The facts of all that I have stated are in the documented records with the Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure and Ministry of Education.

2. The DNA Bill, 2011

:| UML, I have spoken to you numerous times about your incompetence. Why are you posting ALLEGATIONS against the PNM? Do you even know what is the meaning of the word "allegation"?

Post EVIDENCE of the PNM's corruption. EVIDENCE will show the PNMites how unfit Rowley is to be Prime Minister.

Lalchansingh and I are not at all pleased about your stupidity so close to the elections (this is what we get when we do favours for financiers' stupid children). Please come and see us at KPB's VIP booth today at Aranguez.

2. Meeting with known gang leader Mark Guerra at Crown Plaza

3. Meeting with known gang leader Kerwin “Fresh” Phillip at Ambassador Hotel

4. Meeting with known gang leader Meryn “Cudjoe” Allamby at Crown Plaza

5. Meeting with former murder accused David "Buffy" Millard at Ambassador Hotel

7. Making former murder accused David "Buffy" Millard coordinator of a $250 million NHA refurbishing project

8. Appointed Mark Guerra as national adviser to the URP

9. Patrick Manning car being sold to well know drug lord Dole Chadee

10. Meeting with Abu Bakr on more than one occasion at Balisier House

11. PNM Holds the record for highest murder rate under any administration 550 in 2008.

So far the PNM led by Rowley has voted against 5 bills that would have helped in the fight against crime:

1. Constitution (Amendment) (Capital Offences) Bill, 2011
2. The DNA Bill, 2011
3. The Electronic Monitoring Bill, 2011
4. The Defense Bill, 2013
5. The Bail (Amendment) Bill, 2013

Do you think the PNM want crime down?

The audit also revealed that over $2.7million was issued to another close associate of the Minister for work to be done on three community centres; work which was never done.

You sit there and feel I would not expose the PNM corruption once I have evidence. Unlike your partner UML, I don't talk out of my ass like she does.

Aye Marissa say she is not uml bro and how Barry know the media have no news to report. He forget express take it to Manning last rounds and Kamal knew this and tried to play ball from early with the press. Telling her security detail to open the bubble around her to let the press through and what not. That quickly eroded to no comment I have no knowledge and I will get back to you.
