What is the procedure of reporting a traffic light that is not working? Main traffic light by NEC on the Rivulet road Couva not working.

Call the Couva Station or get the number for traffic management. I seeing some mentioning no traffic but all it takes is one hurry person to cause a serious or fatal accident

Almera dotish for trying to overtake 2 cars.

But is note fault for feeling like mirrors is for style. Again, i feel like 90% of the crash in this thread is just nissans.

Why the Almera dotish? Broken line so overtaking is allowed. Roadway was clear to overtake. Tuntun in the note solely at fault.

almera coulda see the note pulling out but like he mash down thinking he could get past

Note at fault.
If they were using their mirrors they would have adjusted and allowed the Almera driver to safely complete the risky double overtake, instead of deciding was a good time to turn right.
