But if you buying the S3 get the i9300 dont buy the T mobile one.

Get the international i9300 you wont regret it.
the tmobile versions of all those galaxies give trouble in TT for some reason

Take a look-see here Premera:

Would choose the S3 i9300.

^ the S3 has a better CPU and GPU however Sense 4.0 is a really nice UI better than Samsung touchwizz. And also the feel of the HTC one X in the hand it feels like quality the samsung does feel like cheap plastic the glossy plastic is what makes it feel even cheaper.

Overall the HTC is a prettier more premium looking and feeling phone.

Its no match for the S3 super amoled though, along with SD card slot and removable battery.

Unless OP is into heavy gaming I would pick the HTC One X.

Even i'd recommend the One X, never was a fan of the S3 and it's paper screen.

I have a Onex and while its a nice phone I don't recommend it. Battery life is horrid and a built in battery means you're tethered to a charger right thru. If I get 4 hours of screen on that's a lot.

It gets quite hot if I do want to do anything intensive.

The one x has thr nicer screen tho and doesn't have the childish touchwiz interface. I'm using my own launcher though. Hate stock sense5. The camera believe it or not is tons better on Samsung's. Hell an s2 takes better pics than this.

I have an s3 with a deleted imei. The efs folder got corrupted through an upgrade. Does anyone know anywhere in trinidad that fixes this? Spent 2 days on google and xda developers and no help....

Well I assume that you've never backed up your efs folder. That being said, look for original s3 firmware from tnt region. It'll have TTT somewhere in the name. Download and flash with Odin. If that fails, you need a new phone.

Now flashed it to the TT 4.1.2 and still no change. Everything running smooth, just not registering to network.

Ok sorry to say but I've never seen one come back after that fails except for phones that went back directly to samsung. Kinda expensive too. But never know. Keep trying. If u give up, I have main boards for sale.

At least it still has functionality and not bricked. So technically it's now a mini WiFi-only tablet ;), sad as it may seem.

Kit Kat Update Rolling Out to HTC One Developer and Unlocked U.S. Units
HTC originally told us to expect the update to Android 4.4 “Kit Kat” to arrive on the One some time in January. And then this morning happened. Through the official HTC USA Twitter account, HTC has announced that the Kit Kat update is now rolling out to the unlocked U.S. and developer units.

I find kit kat buggy, operations kinda lagged today on both devices. Never happened before.
