BREAKING: Anthony Bourdain of CNN’s “Parts Unknown” is dead. The chef, storyteller and Emmy-winning host has committed suicide at age 61, CNN confirms.

It’s difficult for me to comprehend what would motivate someone to take his/her own life. Particularly when that someone appears to be happy and successful. I guess the old saying ‘all that glitters isn’t gold’ holds true. RIP Mr. Bourdain.

Not surprised for some reason , loved parts unknown and no reservations before it , he also narrated some UFC hype videos which were particularly awesome . Sad day . Read somewhere there's been a 30% increase in suicide since 2016 , pretty sure this "trend" will only get worst unfortunately .

Sometimes ppl just don't want others knowing that they are down, but most times it's because ppl usually only see what they want to see, by this I mean those immediately close to a suicide casualty.
He alone will know his trials & tribulations that led him to this, . Too bad he didn't have anyone around as support to show him better alternatives.
