Please forgive my simple-mindedness. No internet badjohn ting here.

Why does the tribute involve blocking a public road, thereby inconveniencing and perhaps endangering other members of the public ? What would happen if while 'wilding out' your bike was to get away and hit a pedestrian or damage someone's car?

Can the said tribute not take place in a closed carpark where you can burnout in a safe, isolated area?

Re: Biker paralysed: rammed by car

Last year had ah bikeman living in my street, he used to be doing burnouts and wheelies all hours of the day, especially at night time.

Neighbours and police fedup spoke to him about it, as we have alot of children and old people in this neighbourhood who also would like to use the street for walking and riding their bicyles, sometimes a lil football and cricket.

But this fool eh listen, he continued with his chit. One day someone stopped by a house, the moron decided to do a wheelie and at the same time the driver opened his door.

Well the biker end up flying over somebody wall straight into a rosebush and the family rottweiler was outside makin his rounds too...

His chit bike also crashed into the wall and was written off. Police deemed him as being wrong as he hit a parked car, and got charged for reckless driving. They also reminded him of the multiple warnings he got.

So apart from his very bad injuries, dog bites and charges, he now had to compensate the owner of the car for damages, and build back a new wall for the home owner. To make it worse the owner was an ole lady who insisted he replaced her red rosebush as that was a source of income for her, and he destroyed it.

He bought a car now, we don't hear a peep out of him anymore. Peace has been restored.

Kdere thinks that once you ride a bike you could move like Batman on the roads, breaking laws, saving young Penal damsels to roadside tassa and being the hero that the public hates. What a sappy douche.
