Nah man, it's not a given. Just make sure you take in front. Get your VitC, fruits and Purell and you should be good.

if is one thing i hate about getting sick is sore throat...last time i got the virus it was suggested that i use this for the sore throat..i was amazed as it provided instant relief..jus 2 spray in the back of your throat and you good to go..take as directed.

If ulyuh nasal cavity burning, try saline spray.

And for sore throat, this time I gave halls mentholyptus a try and it was super effective. I kinda hate d numbing effect that spray has although it works awesome to.

Going on 4 weeks with this one,

My kids picked up a stomach virus, vomiting and diarrhoea, since Saturday 21st. I got it last night, got some serious chills around 2:00 am. This morning the diarrhoea started, constant nauseous feeling. No vomiting though, thank goodness. I can't even think about food, makes me feel sick. My body feels like I have a fever but the thermometer says otherwise. Having a terrible Christmas.

I heard that stomach virus going around all over, hoping I don't pick it up at all. Had something of the sort (or maybe it was the same virus) for a day last year and it was the worst feeling and day I ever had. I almost fainted after coming out of the washroom, had to run to the nearest bedroom to lie down.
