the book was much better as would be expected since the series tries to cram an entire novel and more into 10 eps.

but it's always good to see the faces and places in the books come to life in the series.

i would still recommend reading the books than just looking at it on tv...

wow, is only last nite, midnight, i started watching this series, after the better part of last year was spent being told about from my padnahs an dem.

it interesting, to say the least, but the beginning of the first episode did not line up with the majority of the season. and the last of the last episode had me most interested, with the dragons and the rangers riding out to find the bad stuff. i am more interested in the creepy stuff.

but that stark girl realll schupid. juss dumb. i never had such a dislike for a fictional character as much as this,,, ever. she juss wanted the lil prissy prince juss because she want him.

but on that note, the fleckin wolves an dem.... all the bacchanal goin on, i want to know what the wolves supposed to do. i mean, they have to be a lot more significant than just being faithful and terrifying.
the politics cool, but the folklore paranormal instances are really great in this series, and i feel should take a more prominent part in it.

Relive Game of Thrones Season 1 in the "You Win or You Die" special that introduces the major players and presents a tantalizing sneak peek at Season 2.
