running scared was pretty good and not hyped

25th hour was a good movie not really action though

ive moved on to Action Series now....just finished downloading Battlestar Gallactica Season One....

can someone explain to me why the Season begins with what seems to be "flashbacks" of an episode i missed?

^Those flashbacks are part of storyline and it develops as you watch the series. You sure you want to spoil it?

Running Scared was one bad azz movie, watched it like 5 times, strongly recommend it. Paul Walker actually pulled off a descent bad guy role
